If you decide to go ahead with the job, we take a 50% deposit. The final payment will be due once your new window dressings are installed.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, cheque or cash.

We understand that purchasing new Blinds, Curtains or Shutters is a big decision and people may want to change their mind. This is of course not a problem and we will be happy to return and discuss different options with you, however, once you have agreed to go ahead with job and paid your deposit, your choice of window dressing will be ordered from the factory and at this point we aren’t able to make any changes.

Which Product to Choose

What is the best product for my bathroom?

Due to the moisture in bathrooms we recommend choosing a product which is resistant to water. These include wipe-able, vinyl fabric blinds, faux wood Venetian blinds and we also offer a UPVC shutter option as well.

What products look best in a bay window?

You can choose almost any of our products for a bay window and we will take the necessary measurements to ensure they final finish is beautiful. Shutters are a particularly good choice for bay windows and vertical blinds can be made with tracks that follow the curve of the window.

Can blinds help regulate the temperature in my conservatory?

Conservatories are notorious for being too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Our range of pleated blinds includes specially developed thermal regulating fabrics which reflect the heat from the sun out of the conservatory during the summer months and reflect the heat back in during the winter months. Blinds really can make your conservatory feel more comfortable all year round.

I have an odd shaped window, which products will be OK?

Odd shaped windows can be tricky for people to find window dressings for. We offer a range of products that are designed specifically to combat difficult shaped windows including; pleated and vertical blinds which are often used for sloping windows and our range of real wood shutters can also be made into literally any shape.

Safety

Will my new blinds be safe for children?

Yes. The law requires that all blinds which operate with a cord are fixed to the wall out of reach of children and pets. Most blinds have other safety feature built into them these days which ensure that its impossible for anybody to become entangled in the cords. If you have decide on a Roman, Venetian or free-hanging Pleated blind, we will also install a cleat during fitting which the cord can be wrapped around to keep it out of the way. If you choose a Roller, Vertical, Vision or Visage blind, we will install a small cord clip which will keep the cord taught in order to prevent anybody becoming entangled in it. We also offer a selection of cordless options such as Perfect Fit and motorised blinds which remove the hazard altogether..

All of our Blinds conform to the BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014, BS EN 16433:2014 and BS EN 16434:2014 standards. You can also get free child safety devices for blinds which have already been fitted by visiting www.makeitchildsafe.co.uk
